Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Circoo mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Circoo ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Circoo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Circoo ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Circoo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your designated connections.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Post sexually explicit content or content depicting violence or cruelty.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

5. Community Standards & Zero Tolerance Policy

Circoo is a private social network built on trust. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination without notice:

• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Credible threats of violence or content that encourages harm to any person or group.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of any user.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Content that exploits, endangers, or abuses minors in any way.
• Deliberate attempts to evade content moderation, including editing posts to introduce prohibited content after initial approval.

By using the Service, you acknowledge these standards and agree to uphold them.

6. Automated Content Moderation

To protect our community, all posts are subject to automated content review before they are distributed to other users. We use industry-standard technology to detect and remove content that violates our Community Standards. This process occurs within seconds of submission.

Posts that are flagged as violating Community Standards are permanently removed before any other user is notified of or shown the content. The author of removed content will be notified that their post was removed and provided with guidance to contact support if they believe the removal was made in error.

All post edits are subject to the same automated review. If an edit is flagged, the post will be reverted to its previously approved content and the author will be notified.

7. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content that you believe violates our Community Standards, you may report it using the report option available on any post. Reported content is removed immediately and permanently from the platform.

Reports are anonymous — the author of the reported content is not informed of who filed the report. All reports are reviewed by our team.

Abuse of the reporting system — including filing reports in bad faith to remove content you disagree with — violates these Terms and may result in account suspension. Reporters are limited to 3 reports per 24-hour period.

8. Blocking Users

You may block any other user of the Service at any time. Blocking a user will:

• Immediately remove them from your connections.
• Remove all of their content from your feed instantly.
• Prevent them from sending you new friend requests.

All block actions are logged and reviewed by our development team. Blocking is a permanent action intended to protect users from abusive or unwanted contact.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Community Standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Factors that may lead to account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Repeated posting of content that violates Community Standards.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Deliberate attempts to circumvent content moderation.
• Abuse of the reporting or blocking systems.

If your account is terminated for a violation, you may contact support to appeal the decision.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Circoo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIRCOO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE.
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Circoo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
• Any User Content you post on or through the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
